Add Video Using SendGrid's HTML Code Block

Step-By-Step Guide:

  1. In your Playable account, go to Videos.

  2. Select the video to add to your SendGrid Email Campaign.

  3. Click on the Embed tab and select 'SendGrid' from the dropdown list and hit the Copy To Clipboard button to grab the Embed Code.

  4. In SendGrid, look for the Marketing tab and select Campaigns, then, click the Create Campaign blue button on the top right corner.

  5. Open a Blank or pre-build template and double-click it.

  6. Select an editor.

  7. In the Settings tab, fill out the test email and the requested information, if you want to send a test email. Now, click the Build tab on the left panel.

  8. Look for the Code Block and drag one to the email body where you want your video to be featured.

  9. Paste the Embed Code to the Module HTML field. Then, hit the Update button on the top right and the video should start playing.

  10. Click Preview or just hit Save.

Note: if you can't send a test email, please scroll up, Sendgrid will tell you exactly what to fix.
