Playable's 30-day free trial is targeted at giving users the opportunity to explore, learn, and internally test Playable's core features and help prepare to publish successful video email campaigns without incurring costs.

To create a 30-day free trial account, simply click the Free Trial button on our website and follow the prompts.

We believe our free trial is the ideal opportunity to:

  • Become familiar with our video email platform & core features

  • Integrate & test Playable with your existing email platform

  • Internally test across email clients & devices to understand the experience

  • Train staff, teams &/or departments from creating to publishing campaigns

  • Utilize Playable's Knowledge Base to gain further insights into video email

  • Gain an understanding of producing video content for video email campaigns

  • Experiment and test video in new and current EDM templates

  • Create video email samples for presentations, sales, & other internal examples

  • Help with ideation & creation of new strategies video email now makes possible

  • Update email journeys (ie Welcome series or Newsletters) to include HD video

  • Understand where video email can be used to help select the right plan for you

The trial is not designed for live campaigns, so there are a number of restrictions:

  • Access is restricted to only core features to help explore, learn, and internally test

  • It includes Playable branding as per the article: 30-Day Free Trial Branding Examples

  • Limitations on video duration, number of Plays, and links are implemented

At the end of the 30-day free trial:

  • An upgrade is possible anytime during the 30-day trial, follow the UPGRADE prompts

  • Access to core features (ie optimized Embed Code) is no longer possible

  • Refer to the article regarding How To Remove Playable Branding.

  • Once upgraded all existing videos will recompile to remove all branding.
