When a recipient clicks the video inside the email, they are redirected to the destination you specify. You can set a unique link per video or define a default link for your account, depending on your plan.
Adding or Changing a Link (Free & Paid Accounts)
To add or update a link for an individual video:
Go to the Summary page of your video.
Click the Pencil icon next to the link field.
Enter your desired URL.
Click the Tick icon to confirm and save.
Go to the Embed menu and copy the new HTML snippet.
Important: After making any changes to your video settings, always refresh and copy the updated HTML snippet. This ensures your latest settings are reflected in your email campaign.
Free Account Default Link
In Free accounts, the default link directs users to the Playable website.
You can change this link by following the steps above. However, branding will still appear when users are redirected.

Paid Accounts: Set a Default Link
Paid account holders can define a default link that automatically applies to all videos.
To set a default link:
Go to Account Settings.
Navigate to Company Name.
Enter your desired default URL.
This default link will apply to all videos unless you override it at the individual video level using the steps outlined above.
Enterprise Accounts: Using Click Action
Enterprise accounts with the Click Action feature can add, edit, or remove links directly within the Click Action settings.
To configure a link:
Go to the Click Action page.
Select "Open URL on Device".
Enter your desired URL.
Click the Tick icon to confirm and save.
Copy the updated HTML snippet from the Embed menu.
To remove a link entirely, select:
"Do Nothing"
This disables any click action when the video is clicked.
