How to Fix This
To allow Playable to connect to your SFMC account, you will need to whitelist the IP ranges used by Playable servers.
Steps:
In SFMC, go to:
Setup → Settings → Security → Security SettingsLocate:
Restrict Logins by IP AddressClick on:
Login IP AllowlistAdd the following IP ranges:
8.34.208.0 - 8.34.223.255
8.35.192.0 - 8.35.201.255Save your changes
