To be able to use the Playable video app, you will need to connect to the new Builder:
Go to your Mailchimp account, then go to Settings >>Details, in your Profile:
Select the New Builder and then hit the Save button:
Now, create your campaign the regular way, and drag and drop the Apps block from the menu:
Select Playable from the list.
From the Video Source, select Playable Video Library and select the video for your Campaign:
You can now send a test or Save and Exit your campaign.
