Add Video Using SFMC's HTML Code Block

Video Tutorial

Step-By-Step Guide:

  1. In your Playable account, go to Videos. Select the video to add to your Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Template.

  2. Click on the Embed tab.

  3. Select 'Salesforce Marketing Cloud' from the dropdown list and hit the Copy To Clipboard button to grab the Embed Code.

  4. In your SFMC account, create an email template.

  5. Insert the template as desired and click Select on the bottom right corner.

  6. Add an HTML block to your email template and drag it to one of the drop blocks.

  7. Paste the Embed Code into the HTML code block then click Done Editing.

  8. Hit the Save button on the top right and the video will start working immediately.

Alternatively, integrate Playable & SFMC accounts for easier processes

If you are not comfortable copying and pasting HTML code into your email templates, an alternative method is to Point & Click directly on your template to instantly add a video to your SFMC Email Campaign by installing Playable from AppExchange.
