Every video in Playable has the option to insert a link, so when the video in the email is clicked, the user will be directed to that online destination.
In both Free & Paid* accounts, a link can be added/changed by the following steps:
On the Summary page click the PENCIL next to the link (as shown below).
Once the link/URL has been entered click the TICK icon to confirm and save.
Use the new HTML snippet to capture all changes.

Please Note: After any changes are made to the video always ensure to refresh the HTML snippet in the Embed menu, as this captures all changes to the video settings.
In our Free Account, the link is set to our Playable Website as the default but can be changed by the steps above. There is branding applied as the user navigates to the online destination, so please refer to the article 30-Day Free Trial Branding Examples for more information.
Paid Accounts Can Set A Default Link
In addition to the above steps to add/change a link to a video, paid account holders are able to set a default link to be applied to all videos, but will be overridden by the steps above when changed for individual videos.
The default link is found under Company Name in the Account Settings.
Enterprise Accounts Use Click Action To Add/Edit/Remove Link
The steps for Enterprise accounts with the Click Action feature are as follows:
On the Click Action page select the radio button for "Open URL on Device"
Once the link/URL has been entered click the TICK icon to confirm and save
Use the new HTML snippet to capture all changes
The option "Do Nothing" removes any click action when the video is clicked.
